Touchless cup dispenser
Contactless cup dispensing in the age of pandemics.
Context
1. The idea was born out of the need to increase hygiene during the Covid-19 pandemic.
2. Kram, a leading manufacturer of packaging, approached us to create a timeless aesthetic for its proprietary system.
3. A dedicated solution for places offering self-service coffee brewing in crowded public areas such as petrol stations.
4. Non-contact distribution ensures sterile handling and excludes the possibility of multiple cups being pulled out, consequently reducing the amount of waste generated in the process.
Process
1. The design was preceded by a meticulous analysis of the offer and the brand image.
2. We took into account both sales data, customer preferences and brand distributors.
Results
1. Efficient cooperation allowed the implementation of the system in record time and the developed dispensers are already operating at more than fifty stations across the country.
2. Non-contact distribution ensures sterile handling and excludes the possibility of multiple cups being pulled out, consequently reducing the amount of waste generated in the process.
3. MaxCup allows for fast and precise mechanical separation of the cups triggered by a motion sensor.
